Aren't all crimes hate crimes? Hate must be a factor in almost every
serious crime. If I hate my white neighbor and kill him, that is a
crime committed out of hate. Why I hate him should be irrelevant... I
am in favor of stiffer punishment for all "real" crimes. This silly
hate crime stuff will not help anything at all.
