Yup! Overcooked this last batch a bit so they turned a bit brown inside but
they taste fine and the skin gets almost like baked ones then which I like.
Just smashed them up with butter, sour cream, and some sliced cheese (Kraft
delux slices work for a standby for things like this).
Not fancy, but tastey. Had them going 3 days and 3rd day they were brownish.
