I can see that the printed manual might cost money, but
having complete ascii docs shouldn't be a challenge, since
they'd only be slight rearrangements of the online help.
It might be worth it for someone to go thru the online help
methodically, and the addenda, and create an ascii doc set
that parallels the printed 2.0 docs.

made it into there.
