Mostly Amsterdam I suppose.

When I still used a he.net tunnel, it also terminated in Amsterdam. But the 
gekocation service placed my IPv6 address in the centre of the USA.

Mybe the geolocation service is udated. Or maybe not...

http://geoipinfo.org places 2001:470:1f15:cb0:f1d0:2:221:6 in Fremont 
California.
