EP> Are you really sure you believe what you posted? The NRA is
EP> "chipping away at the second amendment"? EP
Yea Earnest, I do. :-(
EP> If GOA is the Valhalla of gun rights, would you mind
EP> explaining why their membership doesn't equal a weeks worth
EP> of renewals for the NRA?
? I didn't say anything about GOA being the Valhalla of gun rights.
EP> Obviously, you and I see the subject
EP> differently.
Sure seems that way.
EP> And just as obviously, there are quite a few
EP> people who see it my way.
And just as obviously, there are many more who don't.
EP> There's room for both
EP> organizations, but there isn't room for making false claims;
EP> which is exactly what I consider the above to be.
Oh. Any basis for that? Wanna talk about how much the NRA likes
compromizes, and backs bill after bill that infringes on your rights?
EP> To claim
EP> the NRA is actively working to destroy the Second Amendment
EP> is disengenuous at best.
So one shouldn't speak the truth if it's offensive? Didn't realize you
were so politically correct.
EP> If the only way GOA can get their
EP> message out (and their membership up) is to attack the NRA,
EP> they are in deep trouble. Ernie P.
Ah, Earnie, never said anything like that.
Aren't you the person who just complained about false claims?
EP> I would question your definition of "many". Maybe GOA will
EP> release their membership numbers at their next election of
EP> officers? Your claims don't weaken NRA, they cheapen GOA.
EP> And as a long-time GOA member, I resent it! Ernie P.
Only because you're reading into my words things that weren't there.
Some of us happen to think we are responsible for ourselves, and not the
NRA being responsible for us. You seem to think otherwise. So be it.
