Yes, I even demonstrate it to my classes on occasion. You need to grant the 
supervisor object right to another user object before applying the IRF to the 
server object, though, or you'll make the server unmanageable.
This is the same method used to create exclusive container administrators, 
except we're only doing the server, not the entire container.
