Is this true? Was it originally intended for such extreme
conditions? In that case, I imagine, they should only need
one or two spots.
Seriously though: People who have problems walking very far but
aren't in a wheelchair don't just get an extra 10 feet. In
some parking lots, it can mean the difference of a 100 YARDS.
