Handicapped spaces were intended for people who were really disabled, like
veterans who got their legs blown off, and needed the extra space to get
their wheelchair out of the vehicle. Anyone who can walk, even with a cane,
is NOT disabled. Having a bad heart and having to walk an extra 10 feet is
NOT disabled. Being too fat is NOT disabled.
