Hi Tom,

As I'm as inactive as You are, I also renew my License every 10 Years.

I 'Think' I can still pass the Written and Code Exams if ever I was
asked to do so by the Friendly Country Cousins.

I tried for the Extra once just to see if I could get it because one
local Ham who I considered was a VERY BIG LID had got one.

Hey I'm a LID too, I just thought that He was a bigger LID than I am.

I passed the Extra Code Test but Flunked the Written Test really bad!

It was the first test I took that the FCC employee would give the person
a Temporory Upgrade Ticket before they walked out the door.

I went in as a General and waddled out as a Advanced.

And since the Advanced Class test isn't given anymore I decided to keep
renewing it.

My next Renewal Date is 10-21-2017, I hope You make it to Yours in 2022.
