So I guess when latent water freezes in the gas line
of an automobile in Mass. during the winter causing the car 
to fail to start the 'bubbles and cavities' allow the car to start?

That said I've no idea that it might work or not as I've
neither the experience in that field nor the research to back
up any claim.


OTOH I DID do the research on WMD and the lack thereof 
in the run up to the second Iraq war in the Persian Gulf.

as well as Knight - Ridder News showing there was NO realistic actionable
intelligence that Saddam Hussein's Iraq continued to have WMD
