Not my problem if your priorities are fucked then. |-)

Odd, I somehow got the erroneous impression that you thought otherwise.

RS> Cant help it if Andrew is fucked in the head |-)

It ain't just Andrew either. Some moronic clown (Noel Roberts) in
Msged_Echo is slagging Paul for "changing the basic concept of
Msged", in that it no longer works _exactly_ as his old version does,
and therefore must be broken. Paul hasn't replied yet, but I basically
told him to either stick with his old one, or fuck off and write his own.
Really, the cheek of some people. I forgot, you don't get that echo. Cop
this (and note how polite I was!)...

In which case, you should call it something else.

You have substantially changed the basic functionality as originally desgined
by Jim Nutt.

As I've mentioned before I don't think it's too much to expect that origin
lines should be visible - as they always have been - without the extra baggage
of the seen-by and path lines.

A more serious problem I have with your new version is that when operating
under a multi-tasker (Desqview) your program prevents Binkley from accessing
the Nodex.Dat file and so the mailer is unable to go back online after a BBS
call.

Here's what appears in the Binkley "recent activity" window :-

Caused by opening nodex.dat for read, but not closing it again. Already fixed
weeks ago, and available in the newly released MSQ305.ZIP archive, which also
includes all source code. The source is PD, so as you obviously dislike the
new version so much, feel free to either roll your own, stick with an earlier
version, or change to another reader altogether. Simple really.
