I don't know about other Christians, but the Methodists don't do that.
IIRC, they accept Jesus as the Son of God, are not antisemitic as a whole,
and don't believe that Jews reject God, just Jesus.

I also don't know of any Christians who think that the Jews are Satanists,
either.  If anything, I seem to remember meeting some "Christians" who
think that Catholics are Satanists.  And Christianity didn't cause the
Holocaust, some German megalomaniac did.
