Recalling that part of this little story of yours included you stating that a
friend of yours bailed you out against your will......two quick questions come
up:


If you were in `deep shock' as you state......when your friend bailed you out,
why did you not have that friend drive you to *Emergency Medical Services*?


If you were "Denied medical attention of any sort."....while in
custody, why
did you not have this person who bailed you out take you where you could get
immediate medical attention....as in *Emergency Medical Services*?


At some point....the "deep shock" would have no longer been
present. And that
raises a third question:


Why did you not THEN consult an attorney to file a lawsuit?
