According to the Sourceforge page there hasn't been any Linux development
going on.  No mention of Linux as far as the supported OS's go.  They do
list it as released under the GNU public license though so if that is all
the concern is then it is covered.  I would hazard a guess that it will
stay that way since Linux is far too different from the currently supported
OS's for a straight port of the existing code to be a trivial matter.  It
would be far easier to just start from scratch.

That's my slant on it for what it's worth.
