Here is the required periodical (Un)Rules from the Z1-Elist (Un)Moderator.

* This echo is obstensively for the discussion of the MSGED Message Editor.

* All aspects of the MSGED Mail editor have been discussed here.

* This echo is SELF MODERATED and to date, the echo has been cordial and 
mature.

* The Elisted Moderator does NOT moderate the echo and will not do so except 
where the majority of participants request it.

* Upon a proper vote of the participants for some other Moderator, I undertake 
to pass on the Z1 ELIST password to the properly elected Moderator and retire 
back into relative obscurity.
