I suppose that's possible...

However, I've no idea how much it would cost to run a *heavily insulated*
pipe large enough to move the required amount of liquified nitrogen in the
time required to do it, from the surface down to the problem, and I don't know
how much it would cost to fill that pipe with liquid nitrogen (before you can pump
the stuff onto the problem).  I suspect neither is chump change.  Then, of course,
there's the continuing problem of keeping that ice plug frozen...
