The guy had a question, and didn't know it if it was a bug report or not. If it
was a bug, then sure, fill out a bug report. If not, then get your question
answered!

Your english sucks. So for us to understand some of the things you try to say
in the manual, we are better off learning Russian, which would take a long
longer than just asking a simple question in here if someone doesn't understand
something.

What some of you high-and-mighty developers need to realize, is that not
everyone that uses your software IS a developer. Some are just users. So be
prepared to answer some questions (In your defense, RTFM!!! is an answer you
can give, even though it's more of a response an asshole would give) from
people that don't know as much as you.

You didn't even need to get involved, as others were trying to help him out.
Though you ARE the only one that was a jerk about it. If you don't like helping
people, then don't.
