No, there wasn't even an ATTEMPT to answer any but the last question
("who").  And the only answer to that was to say that Keith Olbermann
believes, without any evidence at all, that Cheney somehow single-handedly
did it (and you cannot even specify what "it" IS).  And the story that YOU
posted ridiculed your and Olbermann's position, although you sort of
slipped that out of what you posted.

As for the rest, you have just walked away.  To borrow a Clint Eastwood
line, apparently you know your limitations.
