So far, it's been tested with Bluewave 2.30/DOS, Bluewave 2.30/OS2, Msged
4.20b2, and Golded 2.51. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't run under
other readers.. Wait.. Isn't TSE the new version of QEdit? If so, yeah,
GOPGP will work with it, it just calls your external editor (Specified in
the config file) so there shouldn't be a problem there.
