I cannot decide what part of this is more funny:

a) his belief that Cheney - rather than Congress - put laws into effect.

b) his belief that acoustic switches would have somehow COST money to
Halliburton - not an oil company but an oil SERVICES company that would
MAKE money from extra equipment requirements - rather than MAKING money
for it.

or c) his belief that having an extra switch to trigger the blowout
protector would do any good when the hydraulics on the blowout protector
failed.
