   If you can, issue an ATi3 to both the calling and answering modems and
   let us know what you find so that we can see what you have. Are both
   modems ACCURA's?  What modem init string is the ACCURA being issued?
   You might try calling in from another location, this will help
   us determine if any phone line conditions may be a factor here.
