FP26 brings Warp3 to Warp4 in many respects. Warp4 is not to be installed on 
top of a FP26 updated Warp3. You should unapply the FP to get Warp4 onto a 
machine in that case. My favorite command for unapplying a fixpack is:
   format d: /fs:hpfs /l
I do that periodically anyways just to clean up the installation from all the 
crap I have tried installing over the past few months. Does amazing things 
for reliability ;)
