My official guidebook says to call 714-520-2500 for information on the
Magic Kingdom Gold Card (you get a few more things than with the free
card). The cost is $65.00 for two years ($35.00 for five years if you
are 55 of over). Also, you can expect to wait at least two weeks for
your membership material (my Disneyland guidebook says 4 weeks).
