Indeed.  He does pull stats and he does analyze them but his conclusions 
are often very incorrect because he cherry picks a data set and doesn't 
tie it back to the real world, the bigger picture or underlying events 
which caused the stats.  I could see a fleet of auto carrier trucks 
rolling down the street full of green Ford cars.  I could then draw a 
conclusion that most of the new cars being made are green Fords.  That 
is how he does statistical analysis (and I am being generous).
