You could argue the semantics though, if he makes unreasonable demands upon
the network, the network can refuse to transport his echo, which would make
his echo as valuable as monopoly money. It has happened before.. It
probably wouldnt happen with Bob, unless he went off his rocker. Any system
in this network could kill an echo with a semicolon.
