It was FDR who started the farm subsidies and he made sure it would profit
his corporate cronies first.

I have no problem with ending them. Here's a clue; it's all about control
and being able to manipulate the market.

Then, why didn't the Democrats vote them out of existence sometime since
2007? They have had a filibuster proof majority in the Senate and a huge
majority in the House. You continuously point at Repubs, yet you ignore the
Dems who do the same.
