On 11-24-10, ROSS SAUER said to ALL: RS>You know, if these two had been non-white and named Mohammed, this would RS>be all over the news media, with commentators screaming for every Moslem RS>to be sent to concentration camps. This has been all over the news, all over the state, for a couple of days, now, and has been under investigation since the day a gardner got hurt when he stepped on something that exploded. RS>But...outside of a few local news outlets, pfft. Nothing. Its been on not only the local news channels, but was talked about on the national evening news last night. The investigation is ongoing, the house and grounds haven't as yet been thoroughly searched, LEO's don't even dare go inside the house as yet, since they are finding things that are of imminent danger to the neighbors and surrounding area. They are awaiting a special federal team to go through the place to make certain that its safe, before touching anything. Had you spent more than a couple of months in the Air Force before deciding to go home to mommy, you might have learned that such things take individuals who have many years of training and experience in such explosives and devices. Besides that, the individual is being held on very high bail, and isn't going anywhere. Not a whole lot is being said about the case right now, as they haven't as yet gotten to the point where they even know what all the violations and charges will be. Oh and by the way....an Associated Press story, dated November 23rd (two days ago, in case you can't count), had the whole story. Its being described as the largest quantity of this sort of explosive material found in one location in the history of the United States. --- *Durango b301 #PE** Origin: Doc's Place BBS Fido Since 1991 docsplace.tzo.com (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 620 848 @PATH: 123/140 500 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
