enum day {sun, mon, tue, wed, thu, fri, sat};
is equivalent to
day = (sun, mon, tue, wed, thu, fri, sat)
in Pascal, as far as I can recall.

I presume you mean something like:
procedure wrapper;
procedure inside;
begin
writeln('Hello from the inside.');
end;
begin
writeln('Hello world.');
end;
C doesn't support silly stuff like this. I'm not sure if it's standard
Pascal either. (?)
