CRAFTY Euro MPs are raking in taxpayers' cash with a dodge known as "sign in
and slope off".

MEPs like Tory Den Dover, 66, clock in at the EU Parliament in Brussels to
claim a £190 daily  "participation" allowance before high-tailing it home -
and it's all completely legal
