It's not as simple as Rush or Beck claim, (heck, they want that fat tax cut
too,) it's more complex.
I call it the "Paris Hilton Tax Cut" because Hollywood celebrities, where
most of the richest now live, would get the lion's share of the tax cuts.
I do know that from 2003-2007 the Bush tax did *NOT* help the economy, and
starting with the housing buuble popping, everything went downhill.
And there is plenty of blame to go around, republicans and democrats.
But to listen to the right-wing nowadays, "Give fat tax breaks to Paris
Hilton and the economy will magically be all hunky-dory!"
