Hmm, well, I turned off the HOTKEYS option and still had that problem at
the menu prompts... I'll have to tinker a bit.  Note that this is from the
actual BULLETINS menu, not from a MECCA script... although it'd be easy
enough to write one...

I also put weather information, ham radio bulletins (a lot of those) and
other stuff, as well as about 30 door stat screens... :)
