On the part of the listener - or reader in this case.  That's the equivalent
of what I do with nearly all of your posts - skip over them without reading.
Banning people from the echo is NOT the same thing, that is the equivalent
of the government banning speech, in your echoes you are the government.

OTOH, in your echoes you are allowed to say anything you want.  Have at it.
