Which bit of the proposal can't you guarantee to comply with?
And as I said to Rowan, the title is a little misleading, it's
really "Distinguishing user-entered text plus a couple of other
miscellaneous things", but I abbreviated it to "Distinguishing
user-entered text".  Bear in mind that I strip all "---",
