I don't recall which book but he had a discussion of paying tax
for air in a moon city. His attitude was, apparently, if you can
pay for the air you don't get to breathe it.

I have read just aboutg everything of Heinlein's. Though I'm not
as fanatical as my brother, who will *NOT* give up a Heinlein
book. I gave most of mine to the library.
Simack, Norton, and a few others I keep. Of course, Douglas
Adams, but he only wrote one trilogy of any significance. Though
the fifth book of the trilogy it's best if we pretend it never
happened.
