Mylex (which includes Buslogic) also have very broad OS support, and for very 
high end requirements there is the AMI Megaraid Controller.
I've just added a cache module with 8 Megabytes of RAM to a DPT SCSI HBA in a 
DOS Client 32 machine... apart from the physical difficulty of plugging the 
module in the cache works well where we have an application that requires 
local hard disk space.
