Lol, well, in my attempt to be organized, I assigned ELIST to the EList program

(new name for EchoBase) for MaintBot posting, and ECHOLIST for discussion. Not 
written in stone, so post your discussion where it seems best. :)

MainBot will always post in ELIST ... sorry for the switch :)
