You might try calling the Denver Zoo.  When they built their outdoor
enclosures in the "Primate Panorama" section, they used some metal netting
(I think it was imported from Great Britain - and rather pricey) to create
some beautiful habitats for the small tree-dwelling primates.  I'm sure it
is rust proof and it appears to have a fabric quality rather than a
fence-like look, but it is sheer enough to provide a great view of the
animals through it.
