I always have the packaged shredded cheeses on hand, which also makes a
nice standby for things that need a quick add...  Sargento has some nice
blends...

That's what I've been doing, since you got me over to Cooking...  Plus a
couple of smaller ones, as appropriate... especially I&UK_GENE, which
has just 3 of us still posting...
