Supervisor is one of the NDS/File rights. Supervisor-equivalent is a user
made security-equivalent to one with Supervisor rights. If one without
Supervisor rights does not exist, there is no one to make an account
equivalent to.
You _can_ lower an Admin account's access rights. An Admin account is simply
a user object with Supervisor rights assigned in a variety of places
(including the [Root]). Those rights can be removed or blocked in NDS, and
the account can be deleted like any other account.
