You have to remember that to these CONservatives Bill O' is "Papa". 
He's the icon of truth. Just like Rush Limburger.

Notice how Bill has to spell out EVERYTHING! He has his talking points 
written next to his head while he reads them. Because his audience is 
that 23% of the population that LIKE authoritarianism and don't know how 
to read without someone reading along with them.

The SAME 23% that "thinks" Bush is doing a great job.
After all, Bush is "The smartestest peoples' I be knowed" ;)
