 There is no good reason for that deduction other than that it
 already exists and removing it will be disasterous.

 The democrats are the ones opposing that commission. OTOH, it
 was stupid to have that commission in the first place. We are
 not yet out of the danger of depression, and that commission is
 too political and lacks any expertise in economics, or even
 touch with reality.

 tests has a national education system, not a lot of local boards
 trying to run a school system while keeping costs down and
 teachers poor.

 Note that one of the worlds worst dictatorships, and the only
 major communist country left, and the most centrally planned
 economy, is suddenly the example of excellence? And that is
 supposed to be from the right?

 The right has gone communist? Damn... need a program to keep
