At this moment there is a msged mailing list running. It has a fast
reliable connection with the internet. The mailing list will be gated
with MSGED_ECHO. The moderator (andrew clarke) agreed.

Q: How to subscribe to the mailing list?
A: Write an email message to listserv{at}jarasoft.xs4all.nl with
   "subscribe msged" in the body of the message. (of course without
   the quotes!)

Q: How to write a message to the mailing list?
A: Before writing a message you have to be subscribed! See above!
   Write your message to msged{at}jarasoft.xs4all.nl. At
   jarasoft{at}xs4all.nl the message will be gated in the MSGED_ECHO, so
   it will be also in the echomail area! Do not write you message in
   the mailing list AND echomail area. Just write your message ONCE.
