I've got just what you're looking for..
USR Courier v.everthing, x2 enabled, external, all manuals.

Last new price I saw for these was around 270$, dunno what they are now.

Last I checked (many months ago) they did, but it did not include any x2
capable models, only the 33.6 and the I-Modems. Now that 3com has them (and 
has reportably destroyed/thrown away all USR branded items) who knows what 
kind of deal, if any, they may be offering.
