Hi Sean! Lars gave it to me a long time ago.. I will gladly upload it to Your 
system or send it via email if you wish. That is, if I can find it... Nancy, 
I believe has it possibly. She had her Hubby take a look at it for me to see 
if he could fix it. I think she said she still has a copy, but I'll go look 
and see if I can find it.
