Divorce fight for £690m

AN estranged wife is suing her husband - for a share of his FATHER'S
£690million fortune.

Zoe Rowland, 30, split from millionaire property investor Jonathan, 29, in
2003 after four years together.

His financier father David is Britain's 53rd richest man.

Public relations executive Mrs Rowland is demanding a share of her husband's
cash and a chunk of his future inheritance.

She has hired Nicholas Mostyn, the lawyer who won Karen Parlour a third of
ex-hubby Ray's future football earnings.

A source close to the Rowland family said her demands grew after consulting
Mr Mostyn.

The source added: "She was close to settling out of court, but after meeting
Mr Mostyn she decided to go for his father's money as well."

Mrs Rowland - who earns £40,000 a year and lives in Oxfordshire - is also
reported to have consulted lawyer Kay Georgiou, who won £10million for the
ex-wife of diamond heir Francois Graff.

If Mrs Rowland wins it may set a precedent for other divorcees to claim
their in-laws' money.

The case is set to begin in the family court next month.
