My mistake! When we have a user log back in on the same workstation then
the login resource is recycled so we're not runnng short. Not sure about
file resource recycling since it never seems to happen inside of an
application or module.
And I forgot to post my autoexec.bat. Config.Sys has Qemm as a memory
manager but no other drivers are loaded.
