subject: Y2K/.MSG Bug Report

Had a node in our net sent a test netmail message dated 23-DEC-2050, and
when I first looked at it, the date looked just as it should, 23-DEC-50,
but after replying to it, the original message's date changed to some other
date, then after exiting MsgEd and restarting MsgEd the date changed again
to 01-FEB-70.

This is from a .MSG style netmail area with MsgEd v4.2 beta 2 (DOS) under Win95.

Also, I get GPFs when I try to save a netmail message using the 32-bit DOS
version in Win95; this doesn't happen with the 16-bit version.
