Read further down on your link, Bob's kit is FANTASTIC, but does not =
include the puller.  Too easy to fabricate one yourself.  I agree also =
that "rocking" the boards back and forth is the best method, plus it =
"cleans" the contacts a bit, hi.

directly (up) out of the TR-7.
