Actually, the default colours (ie if you don't include any
colour file at all) look fine to me.  Anyone want to create
a colour file with colour definitions for ALL the different
spots, but make the colour the same as what the defaults are?
I think that's what should really be shipped with MSGED.

BTW, I have revived the MSQALPHA, but I'm only putting the
OS/2 one there so far, because that's all I ever use.  So
far the only change is to implement %ims and %ino tokens.

Also I have stopped "space" from being the equivalent of
"enter" in a dialog box.

Also a "%cms" and "%cno" for 4-digit years.

Also, default netmail in squish is private.

Also, the private attribute is not automatically preserved
when doing a copy, move etc, it is instead taken from the
default of the new area.

Also, yes I have been updating this message bit by bit.
