Steve, my friend, you are full of feces.  Israel, other than their
continued settlement expansion (which they shouldn't be doing) has bent
over backwards for the Palestinians and other Arabs.  They returned the
Sinai for "peace" with Egypt (a peace that includes teaching
anti-Jewish and anti-Israel canards in schools and media, just as the
Palestinians do, and allowing weapons to be used against Israel to be sent
to Gaza), offered a Palestinian state on 97% of the West Bank and Gaza that
Arafat refused, continue to offer a Palestinian state in return for peace
(while being attacked daily by rockets and mortars, and with suicide
bombers constantly trying to attack, while Hamas, Fatah, and every other
group and country say they'll never recognize a Jewish state.)  They left
Gaza, and, instead of working to build a country, Hamas increased attacks
on Israel, because their top priority is NOT a state of Palestine, it's
elimination of Israel and the Jews therein.  Meanwhile, Arab citizens of
Israel have more rights than citizens of every Arab country, save perhaps
Lebanon.

When do you plan to ask (Trans)Jordan, which sits on the majority of the
proposed 1948 Palestinian state, to give that land up?

If Israel was smart, they'd drive everyone out of Gaza and the West Bank,
say "they're mine now," and extend the middle finger to the
world, which hates Israel anyway

If they shot children for throwing stones, there would be a lot of dead
children.  There aren't.  They bulldoze homes of terrorists who attack
Israel, not stonethrowers.  And the territory, like it or not, belongs to
Israel - they won it in a defensive war, and the former owners, Jordan and
Egypt, have renounced claim to those areas.  Israel chose to leave Gaza,
but Hamas chose to keep attacking Israel, which has the same right as any
nation to defend itself.
